About Our Podcast
Why Amplify Women’s Voices?
Women’s voices are often underrepresented in media, and we believe that
empowering women to share their stories can reshape narratives, foster
inclusivity, and inspire meaningful change. That’s why we created Amplify Women’s Voices - a
program designed to equip women leaders in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion) and regenerative projects with the skills, tools, and
confidence to make their voices heard through podcasting.

How Did It All Happen?
The journey began with a vision: to create a space where women from
across Europe could come together, learn, and amplify their unique
stories through podcasting. In October 2024, we hosted an immersive
seminar week on the stunning island of Serifos, Greece. This week served
as the heart of the program, offering hands-on training in podcasting
basics, storytelling, voice coaching, and digital publishing.
Participants learned how to create DIY recording setups, conduct engaging interviews, and share their voices on global platforms—all while building a supportive, collaborative community. Beyond the technical skills, the week was filled with heartfelt conversations, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose.
But the journey didn’t stop there. After Serifos, we continued with five online follow-up sessions, ensuring participants had the support they needed to refine their skills, develop their individual podcast episodes, and build lasting connections. Together, we created a joint podcast channel that showcases diverse stories from women-led communities across Europe.
The program culminates in Spring 2025 with a celebratory release event in Vienna, where we’ll gather once more to honor these incredible voices and their impact.
What Did Participants Learn?
- Podcasting Basics: From developing a concept to producing and publishing episodes
- Storytelling and Interview Techniques: Crafting compelling narratives and meaningful conversations
- Voice Training: Techniques for clarity, confidence, and projection
- DIY Recording Setups: How to achieve professional-quality sound at home
- Digital Publishing: Launching and promoting podcasts on global platforms
The result? A vibrant podcast channel featuring episodes produced by all participants, amplifying diverse voices and stories from women-led initiatives across Europe.
