Aspasia Provou (Greece)

Aspasia is a community leader, integrative coach, healer, youth worker, and the creator of the Theorem podcast. Her mission is to empower individuals—particularly women over 40—to make sustainable, health-conscious, and inclusive choices. Through her podcast, she shares transformative stories and actionable insights on spirituality, regenerative design, empowerment, and equality.
