[Take action on climate] Sustainability matters: Practical steps to a greener life

What if living sustainably didn’t mean changing everything, but simply starting from where you are?

Theme: Take action on climate

Topic: Lifestyle inspiration

Language: English

In the very first episode of Sustainability Matters, Anna—teacher, fashion student, and eco-enthusiast—shares her personal journey toward a more conscious lifestyle. She’s joined by her friend Anete, who brings her own down-to-earth perspective on how small, everyday actions can lead to meaningful change.

You’ll learn:

  • Simple ways to make sustainable choices in daily life

  • How to build eco-friendly habits without the overwhelm

  • Why progress (not perfection!) is the key to living greener
