We did it! On April 23, 2025, we had our final celebratory event with our EU funded Erasmus + project, Amplify Women’s Voices in Vienna.

This was the official closing of the 8-month journey with inspiring women all over Europe, who are working in their respective fields to support other women to reach their goals, show themselves as a creative force of nature and dare to step on a path that calls them - whether it is financial literacy or creating their own business.

The event brought together amazing women in Vienna (but also outside of the country, some participants who were able to come to Vienna for the big day!) and others online who wanted to learn about some of the tips and tricks of podcasting.

The energy of the room was contagiously inspiring - from singing together led by two amazing opera singers Bea and Jessica from ArtWave dedicating their energy to support other people discover the joy of sounding together to the small group conversations where participants had the chance to share their personal stories of true leadership and inspiration.

Our online audience :

To ensure our "Amplify Women's Voices" release event in Vienna on April 23th was accessible to all, we seamlessly integrated our online audience, allowing them to participate, view the presentations, and engage with the speakers and fellow attendees in real-time.

While participants on-site in Vienna broke into physical groups for discussions, Ioanna Marcou expertly facilitated dedicated breakout and sharing sessions for our online cohort, ensuring a fully inclusive and interactive hybrid celebration.

After the official program was over, most of the women stayed another hour over to connect and go deeper in some of the gems they discovered through listening and sharing.

43 episodes of the collective podcast channel have been released and looking at the vibrant interactions, you could feel the new episodes emerging in an invisible way.

Women amplifying each other’s voices and light in the world? Yes, it is possible. And needed. Because as one of the participants said: “Men had centuries to do this together and women are trying to catch up in a much shorter time". But while traditionally competing with each other has been inherent in the patriarchal culture, women are re-writing this culture for one based on collaboration and mutual care and support. Because together, we can.
